William Lehman After School Care

Registration for Before- and After-School care for students who will be attending William Lehman Elementary School for the 2008-2009 school year, will be held beginning Monday, August 4th through Thursday, August 14th 8:00 a.m. - 4:00 p.m. and Friday, August 15th between 8:00 a.m. - 12:00 p.m.   There will be no after-school care registration the first week of school.  In order to have your child in the program on the first day of school, you must come in to register during this time period. SPACE IS LIMITED!!

Program Information:

After-School Care (ASC) is held five days a week from dismissal time until 6:00 p.m. at $6.00 per day, payable on a monthly basis before the next month begins. Children must be signed out from ASC daily.

One-Hour Care (OHC) is held four days a week from 2:00 p.m. - 3:00 p.m. at $3.00 per day payable on a monthly basis before the next month begins.  Children enrolled in OHC have the option of enrolling in the Wednesday One Hour Care (WOHC) for an additional $3.00 per week.

Before-School Care (BSC) is held five days a week from 7:00 a.m. - 8:15 a.m. at $3.00 per day payable on a monthly basis before the next month begins. BSC does not assume responsibility for students left on school grounds before 7:00 A.M. and children enrolled must be signed in daily.
 

Registration Information:

Before your child(ren) can be entered into any of the programs, you must do the following:

• Come in and fill out a registration card for each program that the child will be using (you must do this in person).
• Pay the cost of the remainder of the month for all programs being used (check or money order only).
• All children must sign up for the school insurance (with a separate check or money order) before they can start any of the programs.
• If the child is entering either One-Hour Care or After-School Care, you should let the teacher know when this will begin.
